Our Services

FLOW Orofacial Myology is based in Proserpine QLD and provides Myofunctional Therapy to help children and adults with breathing and sleep disturbances improve their quality of life.

What is Myofunctional therapy?

Myofunctional therapy helps you strengthen your mouth and face muscles to resolve issues that affect your speech, swallowing, breathing, and even the way your face develops.

An important part of myofunctional therapy is about improving your sleep. If you've picked up some bad habits or your muscles aren't working quite right, you might find yourself having trouble breathing when you sleep. This could even lead to things like sleep apnea.

With myofunctional therapy, you can learn exercises that help improve your breathing at night. This muscle retraining can lead to better sleep and overall health.

At FLOW, we offer these services and are here to help you improve your health.
